Since starting at the hospital, I have shifted my focus to senior portrait sessions. I have been THRILLED with the creativity I have been able to exhude with these seniors!!!

Kat was a special one! She is majoring in Opera, and if you heard her sing, you would be blown away and see why she is persuing this passion!!

When we started planning her sessions, she chose 3 totally different locations to show her style and personality. The first was in downtown Columbus, Ohio area. We captured some fun photos near nationwide arena at McFerson Commons Park. Can we talk about that AMAZING pink dress? Kat needed no direction in posing…..instead i took too many photos because she changed her look so frequently!

The next location was a theater. The Southern Theater in downtown Columbus, Ohio graciously allowed us to shoot in their beautiful location. These photos seriously feel like they should be in a publication. She used dresses from the studio wardrobe in this photo session, and she made each one look amazing!!

Last location for her 3rd round for senior photos was held at Franklin Park Conservatory near Bexley, Ohio. I was nervous how I would capture the more modern outfit choices in this garden environment. However, as soon as we started, we captured photos in areas of the park I have never used, and made some magic…ending up being one of my favorite senior sessions at this park!!! The waterfall photo was spectacular!!!! We made sure to capture her in her cap and gown during this session as well. She rocked every challenge I gave her through the three sessions.
